Rest felt like wasted time. Until my body forced me to rethink my unsustainable lifestyle.
That’s when I started to immerse myself in understanding the science of peak performance and how consistent habits and taking care of your body can dramatically impact your energy and results.
Over the past decade, I have devoured books, read thousands of articles, took hundreds of hours physical and psychological coaching, followed dozens of masterclasses and listened to about every podcast I could find on sleep, nutrition, movement, stress management, supplements, hydration, mental resilience and tried many types of relaxation.
During my own journey, I discovered that true success isn’t about pushing harder, but about pushing smarter - it’s about knowing when to push and how to pause.
